Leslie G. Montgomery

Leslie Montgomery is a bestselling and prolific ghostwriter, author and global speaker who brings more than 25 years of storytelling and communications craft to leaders and everyday people. She authored The Faith of Mike Pence and The Faith of Condoleezza Rice, among a dozen books, and has ghostwritten memoirs for political figures, Fortune 500 CEOs, and faith leaders. Leslie’s work also includes high-level speechwriting, op-eds, endorsements, and media strategy that sharpen messages, strengthen platforms, and move audiences.
Before her writing career took off, Leslie served as a clinician in correctional settings—including the Tennessee Prison for Women and Corrections Corporation of America—and worked with juvenile and adult offenders in community settings. That decades-long frontline experience, together with her own journey from childhood trauma to spiritual renewal (she came to faith in Christ in 1993), anchors her conviction that honest storytelling and compassionate conversation open the way for real transformation.
As the host of Faith Over 40, Leslie champions faithful, frank conversations for adults 40–70+. The show tackles the topics churches often overlook: divorce and remarriage, caregiving, addiction and recovery, grief, leadership, aging, sex, and spiritual formation, among other tough topics. Her voice is at once pastoral and practical—wise, winsome, and direct. She asks hard questions, points listeners to Christ, and offers clear next steps for faithful living in the second half of life—always with humility, humor, and hope.
Leslie lives and writes with a deep commitment to discipleship, restoration, and stories that matter. Her goal with Faith Over 40 is to bring crucial information to the audience that will help them live lives that are productive and healthy, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. ​

Frederic brings over 50 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience across recruiting, publishing, and the financial services industries. He has recruited for a major insurance firm and has founded and grown multiple businesses — most notably a network of book clubs that evolved into the Book Fun Network.
Under Frederic's leadership, the enterprise he led launched TBCN Inc. The Book Club Network and a publishing arm that produced Book Fun Magazine (reaching over 500,000 readers), Book Fun TV (author interviews and book trailers), and sponsored programming in partnership with some of the largest Christian publishers.

Nora St. Laurent

Nora is the creatively brilliant force behind The Book Club Network blog—home to author interviews, book reviews, event listings, and TBCN giveaways. A seasoned book-group leader, she has hosted online clubs, and continues to run both a monthly in-person book club and an ongoing online group.
Nora spent a decade with Lifeway Christian Resources, where she launched and hosted an in-store book club, and later served in library programming roles for many years. Her strengths are cultivating reader communities, producing thoughtful author interviews and reviews, coordinating signings and giveaways, and creating welcoming spaces for discussion.

Isabella M. Anderson
Administrative Assistant
​Isabella"Bella" is preparing to attend Boise State University to study Elementary Education. She plans to teach kindergarten through second grade. Reliable, organized, and eager to learn, Isabella has worked as one of two assistants to Leslie throughout high school.
